Tryout Registration

Tryouts will begin on March 3rd on the Varsity baseball fields for all players 9-12th grade. Tryouts begin at 2:45 and will conclude at 5. Please bring all necessary equipment.

PIAA Physical:
​

Sections 1-6 of the PIAA Comprehensive Initial Pre-Participation Physical Examination form must be completed, signed by a doctor, and turned into the Athletic Trainer or Athletic Office prior to February 24, 2025.

If you already turned in a physical for the fall or winter sports season you only need to submit Section 7 (Re-Certification by Parent or Guardian).

Physical (Section 6) MUST be dated on Section 6 after May 1, 2024, and MUST have a doctor’s signature.

Turning in a physical after the above dates for your sport, risk not being eligible to participate on the first day of tryouts.

Log in to your Arbiter Registration (FamilyID) account if you have registered before OR create an Arbiter Registration (FamilyID) account if you have NEVER registered before. (DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT)

Register for the sport you intend to participate in/tryout for.

Fill out all the information asked and submit when finished.

Concussion Education and Baseline Testing:
Part 1- Concussion Education for Neshaminy High School Athletics

Click on link: https://forms.gle/VjxWUbAs1X3fER8u5 to open the on-line learning module for Concussion Education.

Enter your email and then click on go to the next section.

Enter your first and last name, grade and select the sport you will be playing in the Fall.

The next section in the Pre-Test. It is 10 questions. Complete the Pre-Test and then go to the next section.

The next section is the presentation. It contains 3 modules. After each module you will have to answer a few questions. There are a total of 10 questions.

Once you have completed all 3 modules and answered the questions you will have completed Part 1 of your required Concussion Education.

Justin Lewis (Neshaminy Athletic Trainer) will be able to see who has completed the training and the score you received. If you have any questions please contact Justin (jlewis@neshaminy.org).

Now you will need to complete Part 2 of your Education – Baseline/Impact Test. – See other directions from your coach.
Part 2 - Impact Test Administration Instructions
To ensure a valid test, please follow all instructions. It is very important that you are able to fully concentrate during the entire test. Poor performance will in an invalid test and will require a retake!

Set aside 30-45 minutes in a quiet room with no distractions to take the test

No headphones or cell phone use during the test

Turn off any televisions, radios or anything else that can produce background noise

We recommend taking the Baseline Test on your Chromebook
Starting the Baseline Test:

Select Launch Test and follow prompts.

When the below prompt appears select the bottom choice, Enter Additional Demographics:
